the outside sitting area was a Plus. the patio door opened Wide LIKE a window. there was also a fan.

i experienced difficulty contacting the hotel owner. arranging for baggage drop before the Official checkin time proved difficult. the phone number PROVIDED did not answer. fortunately the cleaners arrived and we could leave our luggage.

i found the staff very helpful and informative. the room was comfortable, clean, and a good size. all the facilities listed were available. i appreciated the central location which allowed easy access to the main attractions. the reception staff were especially friendly and helpful . the apartment was spacious and the bed provided a comfortable sleep.

i had a very slight issue contacting the hotel owner to arrange baggage drop before check-in.

the cleaning crew showed VERY good attention to detail. the cleaning staff serviced the apartment daily. towels and water were replaced if needed. it was beautiful and historical building with all the period features.

the stairway lights to the main entrance WEREN'T working.

I really liked this boutique accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and the bathroom was also very nice. A lovely touch included port and pastries. These extras were appreciated.

The pastries and port were not refilled daily, I was a little disappointed.

Maria, she was so helpful. Place was fabulous. I love the views. This place has everything I need.

The shower in Room 7 is antiquated. It should be gone. I had no thermostat control. It was hard for me to get a comfortable temperature, the controls being too stiff.
